Nimax Theatres

Nimax Theatres Ltd. is a theatre group owned and operated by Nica Burns, Chief Executive Officer, and Max Weitzenhoffer, Chairman.[1] Weitzenhoffer, successful theatrical producer, had owned the Vaudeville Theatre since January 2001, which was transferred in September 2005 to the newly formed company. In July 2005, Weitzenhoffer and Burns announced they were buying four of London’s playhouses: the Apollo Theatre, Garrick Theatre, Duchess Theatre and Lyric Theatre from Andrew Lloyd Webber, taking control the following October.[2]

In April 2012, Nimax purchased the Palace Theatre.[3]
